Object These general conditions of sale are concluded between:

These terms are intended to define sale between “Gharbi Net” and the internet user, from the command to the payment and the delivery terms. They govern all steps necessary for the movement of the order and track this order between the two parties. The order implies irrevocable adherence to the terms and conditions.
